The Ware Arts Centre Procedures
During this first phase of opening Ware Arts Centre will not be offering use of the kitchen facilities or the café space as a waiting area for parents and/or hirers (this room will be used as an entrance way to both the lower studio and the upstairs rooms only). So ensure you fill up your water bottle at home rather than the Ware Arts centre. The fire exit door by the toilets will be used as the exit after all sessions. If you wait in the courtyard at the front we will bring your child to you. The next class will be brought into the building through the usual entrance.
All rooms will be available only 5 minutes before the hire start time and must be vacated promptly by the hire end time. Should you arrive prior to the class start time, I must ask that you wait outside the building or in the car until you’re called to enter. Myself, Miss Jodie, Miss Lydia, Miss Abbie or Sophie will be the only people collecting/ returning the students to you. In line with government guidelines anyone entering the building must wear appropriate face coverings until they are inside the hired space. In all common areas masks must be worn. No spectators can be admitted to the building and students must arrive dressed for their activity. Shoes can be changed in the studio, clothing must already be on. Download your ‘Health form’ which must be completed by every parent and returned in the first week of term. If you’re absent due to illness, another form will need to be completed. As always, registers will be taken at the beginning of each class to ke ep a record of who your child has been with as I am responsible for recording all participants for track and trace. Hand sanitiser units will be located throughout the building and we strongly encourage the use of these by all and especially as people enter and leave the building.
Please remember to fill out any other medical information by going to your account.
